Tadi aku pergi lunch bersama Playboy.


Sedang aku mahu order makanan, dia call,
"Are you cheating on me?" dia tanya, ringkas.

Aku ketawa, dan jawab "Yes."
Kemudian dia sambung,
"Good, because I was out with 2 girls for lunch."

Big & Small

I've always believed that "It's the small things that matters."
Well, small things are the easy things.
Things that should be at your fingertip.

Well, that is, if you cared, enough.

Eventhough I'm a big believer of "It's the small things that matters,"
We can't shake the fact that it's THE Big Thing that really matter.

Like example,
Big Things:- Security, Connection, Sexual Satisfaction, Family, Honesty, Loyalty, etc.

If you are unable to fulfill the BIG things (that really matters), heck, you should at least try to deliver the small things right?

Small Things:- Hugs & Kisses, Romantic Dinners, Flowers, Special Treatment, Priority Listing, etc.

By doing these small things, we (female & male), can COMFORT ourselves by trying to convince ourselves (if not, others), that the Big Things don't really matter, because "It's the small things that matters."

Now ask yourself,
Does the small things that matters, matters enough?
And,
Does the Big Things that don't really matter, don't really matter enough?

I wasn't asking for answers.
Kerana, jawapan dia, terlalu simple.

a) kerana dia suka ada more than 1
b) kerana dia belum jumpa the right one
(Dia, in this context, adalah bukan aku atau kau, but rather, 'manusia', in general)

Jadi, jika kau sudah tahu jawapan ia adalah (a) &/or (b),
Sila kau, buat keputusan.

Jika kau, tidak suka di curangkan,
Apa lagi kau buat di situ?

Jika kau, terima hakikat kau bukan the right one,

Apa lagi kau buat di situ?

Okay.
Aku nampak kau masih, di situ.
Jadi, sila kau terima fakta-fakta ini.

Kau tahu kebenaran, dan masih, kau di situ.

Kenapa manusia mudah curang?

Setiap kali aku dengar kisah tidak-setia teman lelaki kepada rakan perempuan aku,
Aku selalu akan menjadi seorang feminis, yang ingin mempertahankan hak-hak wanita.

Ataupun,

Setiap kali aku dengar kisah tidak-setia teman wanita kepada rakan lelaki aku,
Aku selalu akan menjadi seorang anti-feminis, yang akan memarahi wanita bodoh yang tidak dapat melihat the best damned thing in front of their eyes.

Tetapi,
Setiap kali aku dengar kisah rakan aku yang sendiri tidak setia,
Atas apa-apa sebab,
Aku juga, selalu akan menjadi seorang yang neutral, trying to understand the reasoning behind all the cheating.
(Is there even any valid reason?)

Jadi, where & when, do we draw the line?

Jika, rakan yang tidak setia, rakan yang telah di perduakan, rakan yang menjadi yang kedua, adalah semuanya rakan-rakan kau?

It's one pathetic, twisted circle.

Jadi, kau, kawan,
Best friend.
Let's not drown in this hell hole.
